The room was clean and kept up. The mattress was very bad. They should change the mattress to something more comfortable. It seemed that people were smoking weed or cigarettes somewhere because I could smell it. It did say no smoking, but I don’t believe that was happening. There were people talking pretty loudly maybe in the hallways or somewhere where I could hear them very clearly till about two in the morning. The staff was very nice, but is definitely felt very low on the scale.

Staff was very rude. The worst customer service ever! Room had a very bad odor, dirty, no toilet paper, no blankets on the beds. Bathroom was discusting. I will never stay there again or have anyone I know stay there.

The room wasn’t clean. They used an overly strong scent to mask the old, unclean smell. There was a flood stain on the curtain. I checked out immediately after check-in. It doesn’t need to be new or spacious, but it does need to be clean.
