Outside: Communal gardens with access to beach in front of property.
Pets: Not allowed.
Parking: Parking for 1 small-sized car provided. Please note access to parking space is tight.

General: Free WiFi provided. Gas-fired central heating throughout.
Important notes: No smoking. Please note that The Boscarn pub has a nightclub licence on Friday and Saturday evenings; and although it is soundproofed, guests may hear varying levels of noise from music and from customers. Not suitable for people with mobility restriction due to several flight of stairs leading to the apartment. using the pub.
