The property was clean and as presented in listing. I applaud the renovation done by the owners. Owner was very responsive and pleasant. It is a short drive to beach and necessary shops, etc.The beds and living room furniture were comfortable and outdoor space provided lots of expanded options for visiting. One downside for us was that the kitchen felt understocked compared to other vacation rentals. We had a lovely week and enjoyed many of the options available in Long Branch and the surrounding area.

The house is bright and cozy and very clean. Richard was easy to contact and very helpful. We had a very restful stay. The house is convenient to so mant restaurants and stores.
