This is a no-frills hotel that being said the location is perfect. The room was clean and perfect for us. The people who work they were friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!

I am writing to request a full refund for my recent stay. Throughout the entire night—and even still going off when I left the next morning—the security alarm in the main building was sounding nonstop. The noise made it nearly impossible to sleep, and I barely rested at all. I sent a message to the hotel during the night to report the issue, but no one responded. The lack of communication, combined with the ongoing alarm, made the situation extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a Marriott property. Given the severe disturbance, lack of rest, and absence of support from the staff, I am requesting a full refund for this stay. Please address this matter promptly.

There are not a lot of on site snack options. Especially for someone who prefers no sugar. The wifi was out for my entire stay and I could only watch one channel. Overall still a great place for a woman traveling alone.

This hotel has full glass walls making you feel you're on the oe rooms are modernized and very clean. The only issue that they should fix asap is the water power of the showers which is currently terribly weak. I have to mention the late night front desk clerk Chris for being ecean or river - depending where your room is facing. Thxceptionally nice, and Bridgette for being exceptionally nice as well and let me check out only at 1 pm - 2 hours later then the official check out time. I will hopefully be back at this wonderful cozy quiet charming place.

No wifi for my entire weekend stay. The TV didn’t work and the mini fridge was missing when I checked in Friday afternoon. They did fix the TV and put in a mini fridge in the evening. The room and hotel were clean. The staffs were friendly. The wall was very thin you could hear every word or sound from your neighbors clearly.
