Hotel Maya was amazing. When we checked in, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were staying with family and asked to be close together which they accommodated with no problem. We had reservations at the Queen Mary for dinner and walked there in about 10 minutes. The staff told us the best way to go. It was a pretty and safe walk. There was a nice place to sit and have drinks right by our rooms in building 4. We had breakfast at Fuego which was right next to the water and a great location. We were headed to Catalina after our stay and it took us about 5-10 minutes to get to the ferry. Our beds in the room were comfortable and the AC was great! Our balcony faces the parking lot but we didn’t mind. It was very quiet. All of us loved Hotel Maya and would absolutely stay here again.
