The hotel has been recently refurbished and the result is very good. The staff are attentive and the Front Desk Manager in particular is a gem! She made sure that we had everything we needed and was very generous in giving advice about the local area and attractions.

Great stay. In a city of stiff beds, stay at Rathbone. Comfortable bed, tidy, up to date, quiet and great staff. Pub below shuts fairly early, but windows also insulate very well so not a bother. Enjoyed being out of the buzz and only a short walk to the madness. Cheers to Holly and staff for kind and attentive service.

The room was immaculate. The air conditioning was brilliant and very easy to use. The reception staff were so helpful and friendly. We would definitely return, the hotel was in a lovely spot for bars, pubs, restaurants etc. and only a 5-10 minute walk from Tottenham Court underground station.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had made a comment online about my previous stay, saying that a fridge in the room would have been good and when I came back they gave me an upgraded room with a fridge already in it. Very impressive! Great central location, too. I will be back!
