This is my hotel of choice in London, mainly due to its location in the City and the excellent customer relations and staff. Being a converted historical property the hotel has a unique character and the rooms vary in size and style. The rooms are clean and any problems there may be with the room facilities are soon sorted by the very attentive staff. The hotel serves a first class breakfast and there are many great restaurants and coffee shops in the vicinity. The most pleasing thing about staying at the hotel is without doubt the staff who are, in my experience, the best in London - all well trained, knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated to making their guests stays a pleasing and memorable experience.
