In particular the stay was made memorable by outstanding effort from the staff to make us feel welcome and even showed this through complimentary breakfast and club lounge access. In the club lounge Corina and Roxanna were extremely attentive and friendly, delivering great service throughout.

Firstly, the welcome at reception from the staff was very friendly and efficient! Check-in was around 2 minutes. The ambience was very welcoming and the smell was beautiful! I forgot to ask what fragrance they were using for the reception area! 🙄 I would love this for my home X The room was very nice and the bed was so comfy. The only thing I would say is the coffee choice in the room could've been better, rather than just Nescafé sachets, maybe some nicer coffee bags or even a coffee pod machine would be great. The hotel is located in a lovely area and is nice and quiet on an evening, and even quieter in a morning for London haha! Overall, I would highly recommended this hotel!

For the price I paid the rooms need a refurbishment. The air conditioning wasn’t working. The rooms had a used and unclean feel about them. A little disappointed with what we paid and what we got.

We arrived 2 hours early before check in but were lucky enough to be offered a room. It was an accessible room which we dont strictly need. I dont think the room is had been used for a while as bathroom drain stink and small sin was laeking. The do not disturb button did not workneither. Staff were beey good though.

Room 236 ruined my stay. Loud generator noise, rattling AC and no USB sockets meant no sleep before a day of meetings. I checked in late after travelling for business. Check-in was smooth and the concierge was great, but the room itself was a real disappointment. Room 236 is across a courtyard, through a back door and up to the second floor. Inside, the two small windows had reflective glass and were held shut with a metal bracket. They weren’t soundproof, and the constant noise from a generator outside filled the room. The air-conditioning unit rattled all night, so between that and the generator, sleep was almost impossible. There were also no USB sockets, meaning I couldn’t charge my phone overnight, which caused avoidable issues the next day during meetings. When I checked out, I reported everything, but was asked why I didn’t mention it during the night. Given the late arrival and an early start, I just tried to sleep. My concern is that rooms are cleaned daily, so staff would have known about these problems before I arrived. It feels like poor management to hand over a room in that condition, especially to someone travelling for work. This stay left me tired, inconvenienced and frustrated. Travellers should be aware of Room 236, and I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and reaches out, as this experience isn’t what anyone expects from a hotel of this standard.

Room was nice enough, if a little tired and dark (looked nothing like photos on website though!). However, it was an absolutely freezing - maybe 16 degrees at best - notwithstanding the thermostat being set to 26 degrees. Single glazed windows on a cold day meant tons of noice (including overnight) and, of course, cold room. But more fundamentally, there just appeared to be no heating in the room. Not what I wanted when I returned from a dinner late at night. Was told on check out the manager would investigate and contact me but no contact made. Person in front of me at check out was also complaining of same issue... Not what you expect from a relatively expensive hotel in London.
