The location is very nice, near the Thames, 10-15 minutes walk from the Hammersmith Underground station across the bridge. The establishment is well-maintained. The pub the night I was there was pleasantly busy and the servers were extremely nice. The room was small, even by London standards. Hard to imagine sharing it with two adults and luggage. The stairs a bit challenging.

Quick check in, room was good size and clean apart from a few specks on the carpet. Fan was provided as the room was warm being higher up. Perfect location for concert in Hammersmith and walk across Hammersmith bridge to the station.

This is not close to main attractions in London.It is in a suburb of Richmond, close to Hammersmith station( 15min walk, across the Hammersmith bridge.) You need to learn the metro system and should have no mobility issues to stay here.The stairs are narrow, no elevator , and steps can be dangerous if you are not paying attention.The rooms are clean and tidy,and AC goes to18C as the lowest temp. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbor's noises.This is a pub hotel, so it is not a typical hotel No staff or lobby 24/7. The lobby is in the bar. If you are looking for a relatively cheaper room than the ones in downtown London, and don'tmind the commute,this can work for you. Specially if you just want a place to drop your luggages and sleep.The neigborhood is quiet

A lovely quiet area of London with wonderful Thames River bank walks. The Bridge is a good pub and the rooms are nice, comfortable and functional. Cleaning and pub staff were all friendly and helpful. Good value.

Thoughtful friendly staff at nice hotel

Top notch service with friendly, helpful staff. We checked in late and they offered ideas for food without pushing their own pub meals. The highlight was them calling us a few days later to inform us we had left some valuables behind. They then posted these to us at our request. They went out of their way - 5 stars overall
