Staff were spot on and very helpful, room was immaculate, had everything you could ask for, controllable colour lighting, tele, a big bathroom and underfloor heating throughout which you could control, very classy feeling to the hotel and in a very ideal location for transport. The staff was lovely & welcoming, making us feel welcome to the hotel. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Spa facilities were definitely good for the morning after a lovely night out in London, helping me get refreshed and ready for the evening. The breakfast was delicious, especially the poached eggs, which were perfectly cooked. 100% recommend the staying here and planned to come back another time.
