Room was very clean, lovely room design. Also great to see amenities from local suppliers and brands. Only things I would say is that in future you should probably tell a guest that if they want an ice bucket delivered to their room that it will be £12 porterage fee, I also crossed through a service charge for 2 drinks at the bar which was still charged. Service is discretionary and 2 drinks is hardly ‘service’.

The man on reception on check in was excellent. Helped me with an early check in and brought the key to me whilst I had a coffee. Thank you. This hotel is my go to for business and personal trips to London. I highly recommend it.
