I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, and everything throughout the visit ran very smoothly. The accommodations were comfortable and well maintained.
One small suggestion would be to include a spoon in the room to accompany the tea and coffee cups. Additionally, having room service available would make a big difference—especially after long tours and returning late in the evening when it would be nice to order a meal without leaving the room.
The staff at check-in were wonderful. The young lady who assisted us was exceptionally kind and welcoming—she set a great first impression and would be an excellent person to help train the check-out staff, as that experience was not quite as friendly.
I also want to recognize the gentleman who helped us with our luggage; he was very attentive and professional. The on-site Starbucks was a great convenience and a nice touch.
Overall, I loved staying here and would happily return. With the addition of room service and a few small in-room amenities, the experience would be even better.
