Kind & courteous staff. Great location - easy walking, good restaurants and easy to catch the trains, Tube or sightseeing tour busses.

My room was quite grim. The carpet wasn't clean and had obviously not been hoovered around the edges for a long time. The curtains were plasticky and dust floated around the room. Breakfast was inedible so I didn't bother. White sliced bread, slab cheese with cheap sliced cheap meat is insulting. No fruit or anything at all worth eating. The proximity to Paddington is the only bonus but despite travelling to London often I certainly wouldn't stay here again.

As long per previous survey after check in Check in fine. Room almost clean (had to kill a few insects in bathroom. Sink was cracked. Toilet had two printed signs in plastic folders taped to wall saying; Dear Guests. Kindly ask you to trow your toilet paper in the bin. Really don’t expect this in modern age of hotels and when not on a cruise ship

The staff was excellent! I can’t not say enough about how wonderful the gentlemen at the front desk are. The room had a lot of noise from the road and the walls are thin. A room next to us shutting the door echoed through our room. The bathroom toilet paper holder was not attached to the wall. Issues with the safe. Hotel is dated and has a lot of garbage/mattresses in front. Location next to to Paddington station is wonderful.

Location: Brilliant , 4 minute walk to Paddington Staff: Front desk Super friendly and helpful Room: very clean and comfortable, decor a little dated but that’s irrelevant as it was so clean and the room lovely and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Super lean small rooms with bathroom and TV and window that opens. Great location and everything you need. Taking the heathrow express to Paddington station leaves you very close. Great neighborhood with lots of food options.
