Took good care of my Auntie!

I booked this room for my Auntie and she was welcomed and cared for really well. The staff were patient and kind with her as she wasn’t use to key cards, she said the room was spacious and clean with a nice view of the wheel. She loved having a little kitchenette to make coffee and the breakfast was great too. The location was perfect before our cruise.

Excellent location, rooms very clean, extremely quiet of a night. Breakfast was ok, but, with only 2 staff on, they were stretched. Kept running out of food, but it was refilled, so queues did form for either plates or food at certain times. That said, we’d definitely stay again.

We loved it!

5 stars is not enough! This hotel is beautiful, in a super location, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, including the breakfast staff. The free laundry facilities were important to us and much appreciated. The hotel is located next to the M&S Bank Arena and the Liverpool One Ferris Wheel, and right next to the Royal Albert Dock and Beatles Story Museum. It was a quick walk to a downtown area and a quick uber to the famous Cavern Club. The breakfast food provided a good variety. If we are ever back in Liverpool, we will be staying here!

I took my mom for a weekend in Liverpool and we stayed here I can’t praise staff enough the quality off food it’s clean and comfortable is amazing you had options to park you car securely under the hotel for £25 a night or park about 5 mins walk down the road and have a discount cause your staying in the hotel at £18 a night I choose to walk the 5 mins not a problem there is food 24/7 you can buy and cook in your room there is also t and coffee which you can help yourself to through out the day you walk over the bridge about 5 min walk and your at the albert docks about 10 min walk to town very convenient location

We had a wonderful time at the Liverpool Staybridge Suites.The staff were very accommodating, polite and extremely helpful. It is a very comfortable property, at the reception area with very nice seating areas with coffee machines that you can use at anytime. The complimentary drinks and nibbles at night were certainly an added bonus. Well done Staybridge Suites

I found the staff on reception to be generally very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms aren't ideal for toddlers because there's lots of cupboards and drawers for them to explore! The hotel can also only provide high chairs for short periods of around an hour. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are equipped with a large TV. Breakfast was included but the options were quite limited, particularly for vegans and vegetarians. As others have commented it's great to be on an upper level in the hotel with views of the Wheel of Liverpool, Albert Dock and the River Mersey. The other side of the hotel looks out onto a building site and work was ongoing during my stay.
