The location is perfect, easy to get to every major attraction in the city center. The room was big with a very nice view, breakfast was great, with beautiful view from the balcony, and the staff was superb. Never in my life I felt that hotel staff wanted to help this much. I will definitely return to Lisbon and to this hotel next year

Was in a beautiful area but many taxis and ubers would not travel up to it and it was very high up many, many stairs which did create an amazing view but not for the faint hearted. Staff was helpful and friendly. Very clean and had everything you need

Staff were absolutely excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Great views out over the river. Great breakfast. We also had an evening meal in the restaurant that was excellent. Location is great, short walk and lift down to the centre.

Gorgeous boutique hotel with a fantastic view. All staff were very friendly and genuinely wanted your stay to be great. The buffet breakfast was good, with the dining room being on the terrace with a view. Really liked this property!

The location was excellent for exploring Lisbon’s neighborhoods and had a lovely terrace overlooking the city. It is minutes from the São Jorge Castle and has cafes and restaurants nearby. Throughout the four days we were there, the staff was very attentive and focused on ensuring we were satisfied with our stay. At our request, they booked hotel transfers both from the airport to the hotel and then back to the airport at the end of our stay. The transfers allowed us to be dropped off and picked up at the hotel (vs Ubers which are restricted from the neighborhood). We will stay there again on our next trip to Lisbon!

This little hotel was fantastic! After check in, they brought us to the terrace for a complimentary drink. We had the room with the terrace which has one of the best views we saw. The front desk was very helpful arranging a driver to the airport. They also provide driving to the hotel. The front desk is very friendly. They hauled up our bags and brought them down when we left. Breakfast was lovely. Excellent service and accommodations!

Francois, Rio and all of the staff were very attentive ensuring that all our needs weee met. It was really well located with everything within 15 minute walk. There was great little artisan shops and Padgett shops in the same block as well as Chapito which was an awesome restaurant. We loved it!
