Gostamos muito da nossa hospedagem. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos, a limpeza estava muito boa, o hotel fica bem próximo a uma estação de metrô e a região é muito segura. Obs.: se o hotel tivesse elevador ajudaria muito para os hóspedes que ficam nos andares de cima. Mas gostamos muito no geral !

Check-in experience was great. Each time we met a friendly staff nember. We took room with private bathroom, which was very useful, though it costs more. Hotel is conveniently located near Green Metro line as well as to Tram 28. ALFAMA district is at walkable distance of 20-25 mins The street and area in general has many Bangladesi and other immigrants owned restaurants and gricery stores. Street stays busy at least till 11pm and sometimes may have bit shady and homeless people on it, but we didn't feel unsafe walking late to our hotel. Overall hotel is decent.

Area around the property is a bit rough and shabby. We got a call in the middle of a tour outside the city to inform us we had missed our checkout when we had another day left on our booking.

Ok for somewhere to lay your head for the price.

Reception was very friendly. It was a challenge navigating stairs with a big case (no lift), so be prepared! Very noisy at night/morning with people slamming the main door. Room was tiny but had everything for a very basic stay. Bed was quite hard though. Didn’t feel like an overly safe area with people sitting out on the street.
