We loved our stay here, particularly for the location. The place is right in the mix of things and we loved being able to stand out on our balcony and watch all the goings on below. Because of the location it was very walkable and close to public transportation options. It was great layout for a family of four and our host was wonderful, responsive, flexible with our check in and helped make us feel welcome in Lisbon.

This is in a prime location, if you are looking to be right in the middle of the busiest, tourist street in Lisbon. That being said, it can be loud with the windows open.The property reached out to us 2 days in advance to select our check-in time. We chose 3pm. Marta greeted us a few minutes early and took us up to the apartment. Unfortunately, it had not been cleaned. We were told that we would have to leave once the cleaners arrived. This was very disappointing, due to the fact that my friend had an injured foot and needed to rest. In the end, it wasn't ready until 5:30pm!! No apology from the property or an explanation why this happened - just told that it was "unusual."Pros: Prime location, clean, cute furnishings. Large refrigerator. Marta (who greeted us) sent us a list of recommended activities and restaurants.Cons: Can be loud (outside and other tenants in the building). The dining chairs are uncomfortable. The drawers in the freezer are frozen shut. The bathroom with the shower is a dark "cave". Lighting is VERY poor. The fan is very loud. The shower leaks all over the floor (and with one towel per person, it is hard to clean up on a daily basis). There is a magnifying make-up mirror that is placed so high, you would have to be 7 feet tall to use!

This place and location were a perfect spot for a group of 3 friends. With being on the main strip, was not loud inside and the balcony was a perfect spot to just chill and people watch. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

My sister and I loved the location. We had nice views of the lical area. A lot of restaurants and things to do. Booked a 3 hour walking tour with Guru/time of your life Ask for Rita! To get a sense of the area. Our apartment was wonderful. Quiet and comfortable. Rodrigo was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect location!

Loved this place! It couldn’t have been a better location. Right in the middle of the action and close to everything. The apartment was on the 5th floor with a cute little balcony overlooking one of the main streets. It was small but worked great for the 4 of us. They had conversion plugs for our use which was nice. I would totally recommend this place.

The apt was in a perfect location in the heart of the city. The place is small and although there were only 3 of us it was tight. No extra amenities are provided to be sure to bring soaps/shampoos and napkins/paper towels.

You can’t beat the location. Apartment is smaller than it appears in photos. Could have been cleaner. The mattresses need to be replaced or supplemented with mattress toppers. No one should be able to feel the mattress springs. That’s the sure sign of a cheap mattress.

Our Uber driver did drop us off on the street behind the entrance door (since the entrance is on a street not driveable) and did not tell us we had to walk around. The apartment was cute. Check in glitch but otherwise a GREAT place!

We loved this property. It had all we needed. It is in the PERFECT location. I love Rua Augusta, the street with the Arch on the waterside end. The only glitch was check in. We met the agent with no issue. He showed us everything and answered all our questions. Later that night, after it rained most of the day, we could not use the code to get in. The agent thought we weren't putting numbers in quickly enough....I travel a lot and wasn't too happy with this response. I called him and put in the numbers while he was on the phone with me. Nada. Fortunately, someone else from the building let us in. The next day one stayed inside while the other tried the code and it worked perfectly. It was an electrical glitch. I would prefer a backup option (like a KEY) in case this happened again. It was about 8P and we thought we could be out for the night. Setting that aside, it really is a property I can highly recommend. I also had a problem with my phone dying and the store right across from us charged it for me with a big smile. Great little souvenir store. Kind employees, too. Fifth time to Lisbon and I probably would rate this apt. the best I stayed in.
