The view of the balcony was beautiful, but I was charged for the breakfast 10 euros per day. Had breakfast just 3 days. Was charged 30 euros. Was told breakfast was not included. Everything else was good.

Although the double room we had was basic, and a bit small, it had enough to be used as a base. Three room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. The breakfast was also good with sufficient variety to suit most. The staff were helpful and available to help when needed.

Very good value for money,good 3 star hotel,i had a balcony ,which was excellent for relaxing on ,afted a days sight seeing.Good location ,100 yards from the Metro,just a few stops to the tourist area,and also a walkable distance,airport takes about 30 minutes.Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for 2 nights. No issues at all. And the flwg is only our own opinion Hotel is nice, well maintained and clean. Room had a safe, a refrigerator. Good A/C, a Kettle, hair dryer Average breakfast. Nice beds/bedding. Staff very friendly and cooperative. No ironing board or iron. Washrooms & towels need upgrading. Scanty toiletries. Overall Satisfactory.

Super friendly staff, great breakfast, a few steps away from the underground and buses. The only downside is the lift as it's very slow and only takes 3 people at a time. For those staying on the 6th floor like we did it can be quite a long wait of you don't want to climb up the stairs.

Perfect for solo travellers. Amazing staff, who were very helpful. Like any downtown, of any major city in the world, you’ll see downtown activities, and I know you know what I mean, but this is right by the metro. Easy to travel to everything around you. You walk in, say what’s up to the staff, and tell them to suggest areas to see. Then park your bags, shower, get a day pass at the metro station south of the hotel, and go and explore. Driving sucks in Lisbon, work those leg muscles.

I arrived by the nearby metro and immediately was faced with a ton of homeless people. As a female solo traveler this was very concerning to me for my safety. Turns out there is a soup kitchen next door and around 8am, 12pm, 6pm very large crowds would gather outside. I hate to be this person and I completely understand the need and importance of the soup kitchen however, it was just unexpected and again nerve wracking for my safety. On top of this when the shower in the room didn’t drain, and the only thing the house keeping staff could say was to not turn the shower head on all the way. One of the toilet paper rolls looked like it had been run over, and then the safe broke with my stuff in it. I asked that they not try to fix it without me being there and I came back from the day and they had taken the stuff out (this could have been a miscommunication with language but still not fun considering it’s my personal belongings.) The only consolation was the front staff was SOOOOOO helpful. When I did have concerns they were able to help and there was someone there 24 hours which was nice. It was only a 25 minute walk to the baxia which was fine. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unfortunately.

Good location

We were offered breakfast if required. The bed was great Our 3 star review reflects the fact that having upgraded we did not have the room pictured on the site. We upgraded as this trip was our Ruby Anniversary and we were looking forward to a glass of something whilst looking over the city on the balcony.
