Hotel fantástico! novíssimo, café da manhã muito bom, do jeito que os brasileiros gostam... pegamos uma suite enorme, super espaçosa, e tudo novinho! Funcionarios super simpaticos, apenas o estacionamento é bem apertado, se estiver com carro grande, pode ser perigoso pois tem 3 níveis para descer fazendo curvas e é bem apertado. A localização é perfeita, da para fazer muitas coisas a pé, ficamos ao lado do el corte ingles. Super recomendo! numa próxima ida à Lisboa, considerarei ficar aqui novamente! obrigada

Staff and service was exemplary. Loved the proximity to shopping and convenience of the location . Breakfast had many choices, food was delicious. Away from the crowds, we used taxis yet found them to be convenient and affordable. Would stay here again.

This is a great hotel, just one minute from the metro station. Clean, quiet and a good breakfast. I stay here regularly when visiting our office in Lisbon.

There was no hot water in the morning for a shower. There was no mention if it until I told front desk and they brushed it off. I pay for the ability to have a shower and wash with warm/ hot water. Was disappointed I was not offered some form of refund on my stay .

Lovely, quiet neighborhood, modern rooms

If you are looking to stay in a quieter neighborhood in Lisbon but still be close to all the action and live in comfortable, clean, and modern conditions, then Hotel Principe Avila is the right choice for you. My friend and I loved the quieter neighborhood compared to the bustle of Alfama, but the hotel is also conveniently located only a 20-minute walk from the Eduardo VII Park, where the Wonderland Lisboa Christmas market was situated. We loved the convenient location of the hotel, as well as the modern furnishings and feel. The hotel room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast buffet they serve every morning included such a wide variety! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in Lisbon.
