Was somewhat disappointed with the service - they charged us 30EU extra to add my wife to the reservation - i have never heard of this before. Then the light in the fridge malfunctioned and came on all night and when we told the desk about this they did nothing about it. Very poor problem-solving.

The breakfast was exceptional. The gym was well fitted out and the spa was excellent also. The rooms are basic for a 5 star hotel but clean and comfortable
