My stay in this apartment was horrible. From the host not providing clear instructions up to 2 hours before check in, to him not responding to my emails when I had various concerns (i.e the air conditioner being broken or lack of WiFi) I've never felt more uncomfortable. Because the host was not responsive, i had to ask the cleaning guy about the air conditioning and he clarified it hasn't worked for a while and my best bet would be to private dial the host to get and answer from him (as he does). Checking out of this apartment was the highlight of my stay in Lisbon.
