Spacious and Great Location

The apartment had a lot of space for our group of 5 and was very clean. The decor was tasteful. The location is near all the major sights and restaurants- you can walk to everything. Make sure to read all of the instructions for the lockbox and keypads in advance and know that while there is an elevator in the building, the apartment is on a half floor and you need to be able to walk up a dozen steps or so. I would recommend this apartment.

We enjoyed the apartment and location. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Only small downside is that in August with the heat, it was a little warm in the apartment without air conditioning. Overall a great place to stay

*ROBBERY OCCURED DO NOT STAY HERE*

I would give this zero stars if I could. We stayed in this apartment and were ROBBED of thousands of dollars worth of jewelry. It was an absolutely traumatic experience and I urge everyone DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS LISTING. What is worse is I have every reason to believe that the property management company, Lovelystay, was involved in the crime. There was no forced entry (no broken door or window), no safe, no cameras around the apartment. This apartment has a smart lock and the criminal entered with the code. They also did not take everything valuable in sight. They were very strategic not to make the robbery noticeable. Only a few very expensive pieces of jewelry were taken, but not even all jewelry (because that would be too noticeable). We had thousands of dollars of technology around, computers, ipads, etc, that were not taken either (again this would've immediately alerted us that someone had been in our apartment). If this was an opportunistic crime by a random criminal, they would have entered the apartment and taken everything in sight and run out. But that is not what happened here. Everything was in place, nothing was ransacked. Tell me why a criminal would care so much to make the crime as inconspicuous as possible UNLESS they were connected with the property in some way? In any case, whether or not Lovelystay is involved directly, they still did not provide the adequate security to keep us safe. As single women in a foreign country this is our worst fear. What would've happened if we were home when the robbery occurred? Could we have been harmed? It is truly terrible to imagine and I want to protect any future guests from this traumatic experience. Lovelystay has also gone dark on me and are not returning my phone calls to make this right.
