The Orem-Vineyard LivAway Suites was a clean, and restful break. It was so quiet, and this was on a first floor room, which I normally decline. I was amazed! The room was spacious with lots of storage, and very clean. The bed was a little firm for my preference. I love that pets are allowed and the fees are very fair. The entire staff are friendly and helpful. If you bring your car, the parking is plentiful and easy. The hotel is close to plenty of dining options and I took my pup to two beautiful parks nearby! The one thing they can improve is an area to walk dogs/grass area for pet relief on-site. There is a small patch at the rear of the building, but my dog did not care for it. Overall, I would definitely return!

Room was not very clean. Only had 1/2 roll of toilet paper in bathroom when we arrived.

This is supposed to be an extended stay place. And even tho I only needed 1 night, I found it odd and annoying that there were ZERO in room amenities. No shampoo, soap, lotion, face wipes, hair dryer, nothing. No dishes or silverware. Sparse towels (one per guest). No in room coffee and coffee in the lobby is behind two card keyed doors. Speaking of doors, the doors on these rooms are large and heavy! EVERYTIME anyone in the hallway left their room, you heard the doors slam. All. Night. Long. Someone didn't think that through. My dogs hated it. Lighting was not exactly usable...super bright overheads with no dimmer switch. One switch for all lights. Annoying. 1 lamp for two beds. Minimal if any, plugs, USB ports or charging stations. I did not sleep well here. It was too industrial with cheap finishes. Not cozy nor welcoming. Kinda of a weird place. 😕 Has a cold vacant feel. I would not stay here again..
