Great stay fantastic pools and the crater was amazing. Food was super delicious 10/10 service was 15/10. If you’re looking for a mountain retreat away from the resorts of an elevator and a 1/4 mile walk to your room this is the spot.

This is an incredible place to stay to just relax. The pool is awesome. My wife and I will most definitely return. The only reason for the 4 star on the staff was the Milk House Coffee staff. They were young kids that did not know how to work the customers. The milk steamer was boiling over and we had to tell them to grab it. They seamed overwhelmed. This was not a deal breaker the rest of the staff were great. Just constructive criticism. We will return!

The staff helped us a lot with getting ice for our fish we needed to keep cold from fishing to taking care of us at the pool and making sure we had enough towels. We appreciated being able to stay longer into the day to enjoy the pool-it’s what our kids wanted the most.

I would recommend this stay a million times over to anyone! The atmosphere was incredible with the friendliest staff, everyone was SO sweet! Leslie at the main desk was an absolute champ with our map, everyone at the sunroom restaurant was so kind and the room …. Incredible! The one day we got to spend there was enough to bring us back every year, 1000/10 experience for us!

Lots of updates that are surface level. Like espresso machines in every room but no access to free drip coffee, and mirrors that look nice but no lighting on your face when you use them, amazing pools but no exercise room, and the construction is a bit loud and over the top.
