From start to finish this is a fantastic property. They let us check in early before we went to the crater and the gal at the front desk was so sweet and gave all options for me to move around the property with an injury that made it hard for me to walk. The room was perfect! One of the nicest Ive ever stayed in and the property is so nice! Especially the pools and spas! Too notch property and will definitely stay again!

Well maintained premises. The crater hot pool was amazing! The pool and hot tubs were so nice, even in early February! We stayed in a standard king room, and it was great. Small fridge and large shower!
