It used to be a good property though it is so run down it is quite bad at this time. Large holes on carpet, large holes on sofa, cracked sink and breakfast fruit past its prime.

First of all they took a $25 per night security fee which you don’t get back for 2 weeks !! Irregardless the room was not clean at all. I found a rubber band for a kids braces on the rug, and the carpet had old dog stains including a spot where it looked like a dog defecated and was never washed properly. The bathtub for the shower was clogged and filled about 6 inches and the drain was rusted. Maintenance fixed this by day 3 of my stay. If the tub was properly cleaned the housekeeping staff should have known it didn’t drain.The towel racks in the bathroom were dirty and rusty and the bathroom door had a white substance spackled all over it and hadn’t been washed in a long while. I also left $ 20 dollars on the counter near the TV and although I had 1 more day in the room, the room was cleaned and the money was gone. The housekeeper took it without knowing if it was for them. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. Hyatt has certainly gone down hill.

Neither my wife, nor my brother-in-law (who was in a different room on the same floor) could get hot water for a shower Saturday night. Otherwise this is a perfectly fine place at this price point.
