Usually stay on the suite side or efficiencies and I 100% see why I do that. The price is fluctuate so much on here that sometimes it’s kind of hard to figure out what room to get, i’ve paid a lot less for rooms to be honest that we’re better than the one that I just had stayed in and it wasn’t even remotely soundproof hence the reason why late checkout was asked for then proceeded to tell us we had to pay 60$ to stay till 1-2 lmfao when you should accommodate guests that are unsatisfied with their stay because I didn’t get enough sleep because of the neighbor, It sucks coming her like 2-4 times a month and you guys not care at all, because it really usually is so peaceful and the housekeepers so nice so even having to write this sucks. You guys also don’t tell anyone that the keys don’t work if you put them next to a phone. I’ll post pictures next time because the suite we got had wet cigs in the window, hair on towels and the fire alarm was covered in plastic like what, you also like to leave used dish soap and rolls of tp on the roller and fold them like it’s new and it’s gross I don’t want to use the last persons toliet paper I don’t pay for that. Because as a cleaner myself I was not happy this was the worse experience ever.
