My Mom and I just got home today from visiting. It was probable the dirtiest hotel I can remember staying in. The bed sheets were stained or dirty, the mattress pad looked like someone had peed a large area over it. I asked for new bedding our first night. The lady at the front asked me if there was a yellow bin on our floor. There wasnt, so I came back down and told her there was not. She came back to our room and handed me all new sheets to change myself. The mattress pad was disgusting. I ended up completely stripping my bed and I told them I did. No apology whatsoever. The day before we left I advised the housekeeper I needed complete over haul on my bedding. We had been gone all day and came back to still our room not serviced. It wasnt until I complained again to the front desk and after 6pm before our room was somewhat serviced. Beds made, new towels. No vacuum, no dusting. The sliders were caked with finger prints and smeared grease. The slider on one side screen was completely ripped about up 3 feet...couldnt leave that open because of bugs. The faucet leaked and created constant water puddling on the vanity. I would wake up with my makeup bag sitting in water. The cabinet the fridge is in, was also disgusting with dust bunnies and just dirt. It takes a lot for me to leave a nasty review. This hotel should be turned in for how dirty and lack of maintenance it showed. People were lazy, never went the extra mile to make you feel like your business here mattered.

The staff were very pleasant but the floor was dirty my granddaughter almost stepped on rusty nail the bed cover had a pee stain under sheets I couldn’t close tub to give my grandson bath had to stuff wash cloth in the hole the waterpark smelled like pee yes kids had fun but the man in charge didn’t move to turn on timer my husband did it several times the kid was too busy on his phone my granddaughter also turned it on they had to close it to clean it after my sister complained I asked to have my room cleaned since they don’t come in unless requested she left towels no toilet paper didn’t clean anything even the floor had to go get toilet paper

Stay far away!! I would never request even my worst enemy Stay at this hotel. It was dirty, there was hair on the sheets, I’m questioning if they even changed the sheets, furniture was filthy and full of stains. The toilet had stains all over it and lifted off from the floor. Just save your money and stay somewhere else.

A little clunky getting settled.

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 5:30pm. We waited for a half hour to get into the room. All the hallways on our floor were filled with trash bags and linen bags. The room was as expected. Not bad at all. It was tight to find parking, but we luckily found a space each night.
