This holiday home is 200 years old and is located on the estate of source de piot which is located on a hill with a beautiful vue on the Vézère valley and this only 3km from the center of Les Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil, in a quiet woody area. In the golden triangle of the Dordogne (Sarlat, Montignac, Le Buisson-de-Cadouin).
This house has 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are chambre en suite. All rooms are tastefully decorated and each have their own theme. There is also a family bathroom on the first floor and an additional toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a professional stove with 5 gas rings and also a large oven. Furthermore, a wine cabinet for white and red wine. The house is also equipped with all necessary accommodations for a pleasant stay. You will find among others: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, .... The house has got a total make over in 2018 (new furniture, new roof, ...).
The swimming pool is tucked away in the forest in an oasis of peace without a view. The pool is completely fenced and has an alarm. There is also a children's pool for the little ones.
