Delta Saint John obviously takes great care in hiring their staff. Top notch service from front desk to concierge to dining staff with 37 years experience (at the MIX - aka the Delta’s restaurant). Always friendly and always willing to take care of you. I have used this hotel for over 25 years for business trips. This last one was personal and I was disappointed. Thank you for the personal friendly service and great amenities. As always - I will be back.

Room was clean. Staff were ok at best. Not overly friendly. The fire alarm fiasco was annoying (and yes I understand that it’s for safety) but twice in one stay when it’s -40 outside is not great. So when it went off early this morning we just left.
