What a beautiful property! The house is updated and decorated lovely. Communication was easy and quick with the owners. The hot tub was very enjoyable and the house set up nice. We really enjoyed the screened in porch with the fire table and heater was great. All the mattresses on the property are high density foam. It would be great if the owners had stowed some mattress toppers for those who do not like extra firm sleeping. The deck lacked adequate amount of chairs (3) and no umbrella. Both neighbors on each side of property were doing heavy construction, lots of dust & noise on a Saturday. Certainly out of owners control but non the less annoying. Closest neighbor to the house has an unleashed black lab that “charges” people & barks at you while using screen porch. Neighbors said he was friendly & didn’t bite. Be cautious if you have small children. Overall the location to the lake is a big win for this property.
