Customer service was terrible. Their credit card reader wasnt working. It was late and we were road weary. We were fully paid and asked if we could get a room and rest while they worked on their system. They wouldnt do that. After waiting hours and well past midnight in their lobby, we again asked for a room (that we had already paid for) and they stated now we couldnt stay there at all because we werent pleased with them so it would be a liability to give us a room there at all. They told us to take up our refund with our 3rd party. Hotels.com was incredibly responsive and helpful. It was after 2am but we were able to get a great room and great customer service at hampton inn next door. We use hotels.com often and have never had an experience like this. It was absurd.

The room was clean when we arrived but the hotel seemed to be very understaffed. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, and then on Saturday night after being gone all day and expecting to have a tidied up room with fresh towels, we arrived to a room that hadn’t been touched. My pregnant called front desk to ask for new towels and was told they “were short handed and would bring some when they could or she could come to the desk to get them herself” Not the kind of service I expected from a hotel charging $300+ a night on a football weeks, aka their busiest time of year. Location was great, but won’t be staying here again with so many other options.

Terrible location. Loud traffic. Room needed updating. Loud AC. Neighbors keep their doors open. Furniture needed cleaning. Ceiling vents dirty. Will never stay again and questionable on any Staybridge properties.

We really enjoyed our short stay at this hotel very nice outside areas to relax great breakfast and staff. I enjoy the different choices they had at breakfast very clean room all the furnishings up-to-date. I’m also a veteran and we really appreciate the veterans parking spot.

Nice hotel

This staybridge was very clean and in a nice area. The property was nice and well maintained. The pool and breakfast area were nice. The only downside was the bed was very hard and not comfortable.

Nice thoughtful room layout and facilities for medium length of stay. We were in party of 4 with 2 queen beds but janitors only left 3 bath towels. Staff had to wait till towels were washed and dried before bring up up one at 10pm at night. Unfortunately the towel still had a dirty spot. Too bad no space to upload a picture of the towel with spot here.
