When I checked in, no carts, went to every floor, no carts. Today when checking out, no carts, went to every floor, no carts. On last trip to car to load, found a cart on the sidewalk. Staff had zero concerns. Girl with pony tail was only watching her phone and went outside to vape. Last night, my joined wall was REALLY load until after midnight. I asked for handicap room, called and confirmed, NOT a handicap room.Told I would have walk in shower. Ridiculous.

The property is new, therefore clean for the most part. Checkin took over 30 minutes. The young man doing the check in was untrained and had another staff member on his cell phone directing him in the process. He asked me if we wanted room cleaned, I befuddled, I said yes. The next morning I spilled coffee on the desk, in the process of cleaning up I got it on the bed cover. Told them and they never came to the room until we asked again the next day. Staff takes numerous smoking breaks in front of the hotel, leaving cigarettes butts on the ground. Very unresponsive to our requests throughout our five day stay. Serious training shortfalls.

Decent place to stay

No frills hotel. We arrived on Sunday afternoon and both elevators were temporarily out of commission so we walked up 4 flights of stairs to our room. The bathroom is well-stocked with supplies and towels. The beds were so-so. There were ear plugs on the nightstand and we learned they were provided because the heat and room fans are very loud. For the location right off of I-75 and proximity to Knoxville, it was a good value. Surrounded by eating options.

The meeting room was not climate controlled. Very hot. The bathroom was not clown especially the floor and shower. Food was left in the microwave. Just gross. The linens appeared to be very clwan or I would of requested a different room. Front desk personnel very nice. Next time in Lenoir City I'll probably just arnb. I expect from a Marriott in a small town at $160 a night
