Have to say that I am very disappointed with my stay.
Checkout is 12.
At 11 I went downstairs. 11 10 back to my room I go. Only to find my key card had been deactivated.
Then have to go down to reception to get it reactivated.
At 11.45 we were packed and exited the room. When I remembered I had left an item in the room.
Went to go back in and yet again the key card had been deactivated. It wasn't even 12. So I was very very unhappy
