The hotel was appalling ...Expedia market the hotel as 4.5* on their website and charged accordingly..we later found out it has an official rating of 3* but In reality the management, location,facilities,service and amenities were 1*...we feel totally ripped of by Expedia...we paid a package of aud$ 5400 for 8 nights in this hotel. We found out that Expedia were paying the hotel just aud$ 35 per night..the right price for a 1* hotel..Expedia are a money grabbing fraud...the whole experience has put us off Bali for life and we will never book with Expedia again...be warned keep well away from both expedia and the hotel. If I could give 0 *s I would Paul C

We booked for a double bed and got a room with 2 single beds. This was due to them being full so my husband and I had to sleep on two seperate beds for our stay. When we got to our room, it was so dirty. There was what looked like poo on the shower wall and the sink was so dirty with old toothpaste. We asked for the room to get cleaned, they basically did a two second job. The poo like thing was still on the wall and the sink still fairly dirty. The floors were so dirty and dusty. Do not recommend this place.

Séjour très agréable.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Bonne situation avec un scooter. Personnel très sympathique et arrangeant, Radi était aux petits soins pour nous. Bon petit déjeuner.
