The hotel is 5 minutes by taxi from the city centre. It’s an easy drive from the motorway. The hotel is clean, modern and spacious. The online check in and check out was simple. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bed comfy and the linens nice. The car park is paid for separately and the spaces are a bit snug for a large car. I was happy with the whole experience

Friendly staff

Staff were very friendly and welcoming when i arrived. Had a horrible long day being recovered due to car being faulty but was offered an upgrade to my room to cheer me up. Next time I'm in Leeds, I'll plan to stay here again.

The hotel is about a 10 mins walk from the station and is easy to find. Check in was quick and easy. The room was spotless and the beds were comfy. The shower was temperamental finding the right temperature. Food in the bar was good and breakfast was great!

Constantly. Exceeds. Expectations I've come over the last 2 year's and yet to find fault. Staff are excellent, food generous and delicious, parking in the building, well lit and easy to navigate, rooms comfortable. Have returned and will return again.

I have stayed here before but this time it was disappointing. We arrived at 5pm to be told the room we had ordered wouldn't be ready until 6.20pm we didn't gain access until 6.40pm. We were given free drink each but I wanted to get to see the Leeds match with plenty of time to get there and the lack of time allowed to get there made the experience stressful. Would still stay her again as a good hotel and other than that blimp was great

Poor dining experience

Overall the stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable, with late breakfast available at weekends. The dining experience in the Inkwell bar/restaurant was very poor. Long waits at the bar to order even though there was enough staff. Ordered a steak, waitress was poor then had to go up to get a steak knife.

Cleanest room we've ever stayed in

The cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in. We loved our stay. Staff were helpful, room was spacious and layed out very well with plenty of room for your luggage. Will definitely stay here again.
