it was ok for one night. everything was dirty, especially the shower. the shower had hair in it and so did the bed. we told staff and nothing happened, but just to make people aware for when (or if) you book.

Two night stay prior to flying back to UK

The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Giving us directions to local amenities. The room we stayed in was constantly warm given the temperature outside reached -11 on our second day. We booked the free airport shuttle which arrived promptly at 5am as requested. The driver was helpful and friendly. JFK airport was a 15 minute drive away. We would use this hotel again.

The hotel is conveniently located to JFK airport. It was a nice hotel and the staff was helpful. However, the noise in the hall with doors slamming all night long was awful. Literally got no sleep.

Plumbing’s issues and room had to be changed more importantly the front desk attendant is rude and hung the phone on me. When i tried calling back he would not answer the phone. I called using a different number and he answered. It was not a good experience for me at a time when I desperately needed accommodations.
