on my day of arrival thery asked me to pay a deposit theytoldme i will get it back when i leave the room , sio i payd the deposit on the day leaving thr did not give me my money back they toldme they will wire it back to my bank account which io never checked if they did that stop was the first of many stops to other cities so i lost track of my deposit..

The pool looked clean but the water smelled horrible like it was stale so we only swam for about an hour or so. I didn’t mind helping the homeless but every time I walked out to my car I was constantly bombarded by transient people. No do not disturbed signs. Limited food options but the cafe was really good. The room was clean but for a “deluxe” room I’d expect a fridge at least to hold food from the one restaurant. The staff was nice and helpful. Room was decent.

The staff are friendly and they have free airport shuttle service. The location is good. Close to Las Vegas strip. When we checked in, the room that was assigned to us smelled like smoke eventhough it was on the non-smoking floor. We asked to be transferred to another room. The second room that was given to us does not smell like smoke but did not exactly smell good either. The tv screen was discolored and it blinks and black out every three minutes then it goes back on again. We called front desk and they had someone come and fix it. It stopped blinking and blacking out but the screen is still discolored. There's only one trash bin in the room so after we had our dinner, we had to move the bin to the bathroom since we need it there more. I'm sure not all rooms are like this. Just ask to be transferred if you encounter some issues in your assigned rooms and they will transfer you immediately (subject to availability).

The room was really clean and the staff were amazing! I really enjoyed my stay. The only con is the walls a quite thin so you can hear a lot of the noise from the hallway and other rooms. I would definitely stay again though.

The stay was ok. The room floors were dirty. Bathroom sink got clogged. But Plummer came right away and fixed it on a timely order. Food ordered from cafe was good.

hot tub and pool water was not clean and look cloudy, room was old and out dated, bathroom tub was gross and super high to get out me and my dude fall when trying to get off and I hurt my ankle. the casino smells horrible like cigarettes and the front desk staff are rude and unfriendly, my cellphone was stolen at the bar and the cafe food is trash. what i will say is two of the security guards was nice and helpful to bad i didn't get their names to give recognition to them. they know who they are tho thank u. But to wrap it up the casino is deceit i give them a 7 only because i experience worse.
