The front desk staff, Makelia and Nicole were friendly and responsive. I stayed in a room facing South, away from the interstate but adjoining the parking lot of a super Walmart. The noise from racing cars, trucks and motorcycles was unbelievable. Garbage truck slamming dumpster at 7:00 am. pick up The noise did not subside until 2:00 am and started again at 8:00 am with house keeping, maintenance working on the room next to mine and children running down the hall. There was no time in a 24 hour day that could be called relaxing. The breakfast buffet was awful. Serving spoons disgusting, the buffet area with food on the counters, but worst of all depleted options. I stayed at this location 3 days. Every day multiple food and beverage items were not available. No hot water for tea, no coffee, no oatmeal all 3 days, orange juice empty 2 days of 3, no fresh fruit. I purchased a candy bar and a coke for $9.00. That seems exorbitant. A lone man walking around the parking lot. When we asked if there was security that could investigate we were told this hotel has no security. The young lady at the desk did walk out into the parking lot to look around, but this was not a safe choice in my opinion . I have stayed at multiple Hampton Inn hotels in Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico. This Las Cruces location is the worst I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. I would greatly appreciate a manager contact me about this stay.

Everything was great until… we turned the desk light on I had dropped something and went under to get it and there was a piece of dog feces (old) on the floor. We brought it to the front desk’s attention and they somewhat blew us off… need to do a better job of cleaning their rooms

Room was very nice! Beds extra soft not for everyone. 7:00am no food!! The lady was not refilling even when asked! Our room was not serviced and sheets had small blood stain. Parking was safe great location.

My family and I have always used this hotel as a place to stay when we stay in Las Cruces and it’s been a reliable place for cleanliness and customer service. I rated this a 1 star in cleanliness because there was dog pee on our bed. The order was pungent and distinct. I knew immediately. When I turned the light on I was able to see discoloration in the bedding. The only thing that I can figure is that prior to our stay, our bedding was not changed out. I want to note this was not the outer cover either. What I did like about our stay was that the rooms are being renovated and our room was one of the newer ones, and it looked nice. In addition the staff was very friendly and the front desk lady came to up and gladly changed our bedding for us. She was super kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. I am not sure if we would stay again.
