Check-in was efficient except our room keys didn’t work and we had to go back and the clerk was very impersonal. Just stating information with no eye contact whatsoever. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clea n and fresh. Bathroom was clean. Furniture was outdated and dirty looking full of stains. Carpet was dirty with lots of stains. Bathroom vent for fan was so full of dust. We would not choose this hotel again. We had a king suite on the 4th floor.

Terrible hotel, decrepit conditions, everything worn out, dirty or both. I stayed there 4 years ago and it was bad then and much worse now. I honestly have never stayed in such a disaster of a hotel in my life. Breakfast was terrible with no hot options, just cold cereal, bagels and waffles. Room was worn out, bathroom was disgusting, with a broken toilet seat and mold in the bathtub. Don’t believe the reviews, you don’t want to stay here

This is an old, poorly maintained hotel. Water pressure in shower was awful. Lots of homeless people surrounding the property. If you’re on a budget it’s ok, but definitely not a 4 star as the reviews indicated when I booked
