Hotel is run down. Needs improvements. It wasn’t very clean. There was a disturbance at the hotel in which the police had to be brought out, then nothing was said to guests following day. Safety is a big concern

No cooperation from management.
I was a local customer, rented a room so that I could take my grandkids swimming. The pool was so cold that no one, including other patrons, could get in the water. Asked for a refund and they refused, didn't offer a future discount or anything. Very disappointed and so were the kids.
