Excellent nights sleep!!

I'm an avid traveler. This hotel seriously was one of the cleanest hotels ive stayed in. The staff i encountered were all extremely friendly. Loved that there was a great place to get a good meal and drink within walking distance (literally steps away) I got the best nights sleep. I will definitely stay there again if my travels bring me back through!

I can’t really rate this hotel. When I went to check in, the entire side of the town was without power due to high winds. The manager was kind enough to approve a full refund and was very kind and helpful during my 30 minute wait to speak to an Expedia rep

The bathroom was not clean. The staff were awesome, very nice. I was just disappointed in the quality of the room. Also a false alarm went off and there wasn’t any compensation for the 30 min alarm that woke everyone up at 3 am.

We had a flat tire on way to Las Cruces on Sunday and had to stay in Pecos because everything was closed since Sunday. We did not stay at your hotel, but we were looking forward to it. Maybe next year👍. We had to continue on this morning after tire was replaced to Santa Fe. We passed your hotel on highway, looks nice, great location.

The one ice machine for the entire hotel was out. No substitution plan in place. Our room smelled of mildew and the shower was held up with visible brackets.The room was visibly worn out. The desk staff were excellent but it is time for a dramatic refresh of this facility. I could have paid $10 more for a brand new room.

Wonderful experience! All the staff was so nice and welcoming both days that we stayed. The lady serving breakfast was extraordinary and kept checking up on us to make sure we didn't need anything.
