Larnaca Villa 1399 is located in a quiet, beachfront and gated development on Kiti Beach just 5 minutes drive from Larnaca Airport and 10 minutes drive from Larnaca Center.This spacious and luxuriously furnished villa offers a large private pool and garden just a few steps from the beach. The ground floor features an open plan living room with comfortable sofa sets and, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern electrical appliances as well as a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower. The first floor features two spacious en-suite double rooms and two twin bedrooms that share a family bathroom.Larnaca Villa 1399 offer is fully air-conditioned and offers all amenities for a great and relaxing vacation including free unlimited, high speed Wi-Fi, flat Screen TV in the living room and all bedrooms as well as satellite TV with both English and Russian speaking Channels.Larnaca Villa 1399 is located in a gated development on Kiti Beach. Larnaca airport is about 8 minutes drive from the villa and so is Mackenzie Beach which is probably the best beach in Larnaca and offers plethora of bars, restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy gourmet international cuisine or more traditional fish meze, amazing cocktails and great night life. Peace & tranquility

A stunning villa in a quiet location with the sea at the bottom of the gate, there was everything that you will need in the villa and more. On arrival there was bread, fruit, fresh juice and tea & coffee. there is a BBQ and plenty of chairs around the pool and outside dining. I would advise that you hire a car, the supermarket is about 10mins max but to far to walk with shopping. We will use Vrbo again they were very prompt with advise and details. Noreen Oliver MBE

Stunning Villa on a fantastic beach

Very comfortable villa in a stunning position on what is effectively a private sandy beach. No need to use the pool as the sea is right in front of the villa with a gently shelving sand beach. Some of the equipment was below par for the price - the gate to the sea was broken, the safe was unusable because no-one could find the key and the pump for the water system played up, cycling noisily on and off all night until I found the switch on the main panel to turn it off.. Nonetheless a fantastically lovely place to be, particularly at sunrise, which was just magical. Mary, the local agent, was very responsive and immensely helpful.
