Went there for some peace and quiet and that's exactly what I got. Had confusion booking the room with breakfast options as I used the breakfast included filter and so I booked the most affordable room type only to find out breakfast is not included.

The area looks ugly but once you reach the the hotel grounds it’s beautiful . Beautiful clean rooms , beautiful pool and white sand beach front. We only stayed one night , we’ll surely come back for more nights stay . The only negative is that they have a poor internet connectivity in the room

The people seem unhappy. . Only a few forced smiles. Not like my other stays in Philippines. Service in restaurants dismal. Never the same server they change out. The food was poor. Banana milkshakes perfect

STAY ELSEWHERE, because of the following two reasons: Reason #1 : the check in is very chaotic, guests are very confused and there’s zero direction from staff. In our case the front desk staff claimed our reservation didn’t include breakfast, but we had already paid for it. He became confrontational and suggested I call hotels.com Reason #2: they add freshly cleaned jars to the breakfast buffet, unfortunately these are not dry, which means there’s unfiltered left over water in them which led for us to get sick. In addition some cocktails are made with unfiltered ice

My second time staying at the resort. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are great and my team really enjoyed the 3 dining options along with the pool and beach. The spa is under Reno and they are offering in room services but what they don’t tell you is that your massage will be on your bed ( no travel bed) and cost the same. Just a heads up if you want the spa but otherwise this is a lovely option if you don’t want to go super luxury.

Great staff and decent location in Maribago. Bathrooms could be cleaner and they could remove the previously used dingy shower shoes. The ants in the rooms are ruthless! Breakfast would be better if they kept the lids closed on the food and it was served at a temperature safe for consumption. Instead you get cold food that should be warm and warm food that should be cold. French toast is the start of the show

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had good options. Bed was too hard. They had a gym so that was a plus. The spa was under commission, which was a bummer. They did room service massage that was uncomfortable because they didn’t have a massage bed. Tran’s portion, food, drinks & excursions was a little pricey.
