The room and bathroom were very spacious. Bed was comfortable too. Heater was working very well. However, the room could use some cleaning. There was a used spoon left in the fridge. There was a candy wrapper on the floor.

The parking lot was dirty, very dark, and poorly maintained. There were nails on the ground, which caused my tire to get punctured, and it was extremely difficult to find a repair shop late at night. The room was okay — not great, not terrible — but for the price, not providing even a bottle of water was disappointing. Overall, not a great experience.

Limited dinning options and nothing open late which is really unusual for a 24 hour casino area. Staff not friendly and seemed annoyed. There is nothing fancy about this casino and hotel. Just average.

Room was never cleaned during our entire stay of 4 days. Resort fees of $30 and the hot tub was out of service for all those days. Carpets are threadbare. The entire hotel seemed very run down compared to when it was run by Montbleu. Will never return to this hotel again.

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and we wouldn't go back for a few reasons. The staff was not very friendly, the heater was broke the first night and we froze all night along with not getting any sleep. The outlets didn't work next to the bed which left me needing to sit on the floor close to an outlet to use my phone. Then the toilet ran which was not a big deal but this being on top of everything else including the beds being extremely uncomfortable and the pillows are terrible. I am not a princess or a complainer but this hotel needs work and some TLC. The only two things I liked about the hotel was convenience in location and the upgrade. I have stayed many places and I will say this hotel was the worst we ever stayed, unfortunately.
