Honestly if I could I want my money back. That was absolutely ridiculous the amenities meaning the pool and spa were not even open they were closed for maintenance. The staff was rude. Not one drink server on the casino floor and when we went to the bartender to see if we can get a drink because we were gambling he gave nothing but attitude. This is truly shameful because we go very often, and live local. We will never go back to this hotel and casino. I'm honestly more upset that I spent money at all!

Our first room was not very clean. The shower walls were covered in hair so it was obvious they dodnt clean it. After 4 requests to have someone come clean it k requested a new clean room. They moved us to a new room which is very inconvenient after settling in and unpacking for a family of 4 including a toddler and baby. Well, the second room shower was also full of hair on the floor. The second room didn’t have the same amount of pillows also. On the day of checkout the elevators went down. Again, another inconvenience. I will never ever stay here again!!!

Room wasnt ready when I checked in, front desk had to call somebody to have it inspected.When it was finally ready, door keys weren’t working,had to go back down to have them check/activate it. The rooms didnt look like it was cleaned thoroughly, there were still hairs on the bathroom floor. Compared to Harrah’s,Harvey’s and GN, this hotel is at the bottom of the list

Our room was not very clean; loose hair stuck to the bed and within the shower. Stains all throughout the room located on the walls and carpets. Our bed wasn’t made very thoroughly, and had stains on our bedding.
