Ran out of water

The hotel room ran out of water due to a busted pipe. We were informed it would be back on by 3:30am, and then at 6:30 am when we still had no water, they just shrugged their shoulders at us. And because I booked through a third party reservation, they supposedly couldn't give us any compensation. Kind of disappointing how the quality of this casino seems to be declining more and more over the years.

We werent able to check in until 430 when they told us we could check in at 2. Our friends didn't get their room until 6pm and we missed our dinner reservation and were late to the concert. The manager was extremely rude. We will not be staying or gambling there ever again.

we stayed here for 4days during forth of july, pool was closed for 2 of the days which suck as i chose this hotel for the indoor pool. indoor pool when open was great, very large and not crowded. hotel can use a makeover especially the parking structure. overall, good location.

Room was clean and spacious, beds were very comfy, wish the bathroom had a door separating the toilet from the rest of the bathroom, but we managed. Plenty of elevators, indoor pool was pretty cool, lifeguard on site, range from 3’-8’ I believe. Did not use the gym, so I cannot comment on that. But overall, would definitely recommend.

Nice place to stay but after going here on and off for the last decade there should be more updates. I expected big changes after Bally’s bought out Monteblue but it stayed the same for years.

Bad Hotel Staff

We left our room to have breakfast and left the sign "Room Occupied" outside at 9:15. We returned at 10:15 to find that they were cleaning our room as if we had left. All of our personal items were moved to a cabinet behind the door, toothbrush gone and toilet paper removed. The maid apologized and said the floor supervisor told her we had left. She said she told him our personal items are still in the room but he told her to continue cleaning for the next guest. My wife spoke to the supervisor and told him we have until 11:00 to check out. He kept defending himself instead of apologizing. I had to step outside and tell him to end the combatant discussion with my wife that he had no business removing personal items. He told me his name is Cruz but wasn't wearing a name tag so maybe a false name. We filed a written complaint with management only because Cruz mishandled the situation.
