Our stay was not good. We had to switch rooms because there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and we could see the box spring of the bed. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was not good and it needs lots of updates throughout the building. The pool felt very dirty and was always extremely busy. We tried calling the front desk to get a refund for our stay so we could leave early but I was told 3 times a manager would call me back and I never got a call back. We also did not feel the safest in the area the hotel was located. Overall our stay was horrible, I would not recommend to anyone nor will I ever go back.

I stayed for 4 nights, and after deducting the resort fee (which was super expensive) and the deposit ($200), I didn't see any benefits except for a jacuzzi and a swimming pool. We wanted to play billiards, but you have to pay extra! Our room didn't have a coffee maker, no microwave, and there was a lack of room service (they didn't even change the towels). The parking lot was very dirty!

For what we paid in the price for the room it wasn’t great. We paid over $480 for 1 night the AC was messed up the room was 87 degrees . We had to call the front desk finally at 1am for them to come fix it cause we couldn’t handle how hot it was. Since I booked it though Expedia they wouldn’t refund me anything beside 30.00 for the resort fee. Never staying here again.

Oh my god ! We are reporting the staff to the GM as the employee harassed us and said they had no premier 2 bedrooms which we were in one and said we only booked a king premier . Www proved our rsvp and he refused to help His name is Miguel it was a nightmare and he lied and harassed us . Can you credit all 4 nights ? No cleaning no help just a horrible night shift guy who said sold out today and then gave us our room Ego trip power trip boyfriend is black profiled us just terrible and we have also written a letter to the GM
