Perfect spot to be! The only I did not like but I’m a hot person it was very hot in the hotel from walking in and checking in till we get to control the temperature setting in the room. Everything was great. I would be going again soon!

The ice machine on 3rd floor was out so we had to go to 4th and then that was out. Had no water in room to drink so went to vending machines and they were down. All 4 of us were soooo thirsty after we got back to our room from a concert and all night with no water options. Other than that it was good.

It was nice. Check-in was super simple and staff was nice. The only thing with the rooms I would say is thethey need to get plugins for charging phones. There was no way to charge your phone or device unless you had the cube.

Hotel room was great, but never got any housekeeping service. Hotel appearance was very poor outside and inside had many places being done/redone. All gift shops were only open Friday through Sunday?

Hotel room had Zero towels- I called, messaged, went to front desk- no towels available to take and no one ever delivered any. Too crowded, construction in the lobby floor made getting around difficult. On an overnight night stay for a girls weekend- we ended up canceling our spa and dinner plans and left first thing. Would not recommend.

Pretty rundown and dirty. The beds were visibly broken, the whole hotel is oozing stale cigarette smoke, and there were always lines for the elevator. Not a great stay. Will stay elsewhere next time.

We chose to stay extra night on our way home. The hotel is ok nothing special. The restaurant was nice with a hood price. Unfortunately even though you are staying the night i the hotel not just there eating or gambling. If you are staying for more than one night please be aware you are charged for parking EACH night. Also still have a resort fee due directly to hotel at check in . They added a deposit fee to my credit card. Was told that amount held won’t be added back to my card for 4 to 5 days. Had I known of those additional fees we would of chose a different hotel.
