This property is great once you arrive but trying to get phone assistance for almost anything is impossible. This is very inconvenient since my stay was overcharged by $204 and when I call to get an answer as to what this is for, I get the runaround and given the option to leave a voicemail that never gets returned. This is unacceptable.

The room has a view of an ugly roof. It took over an hour to check in. I tried to check in early but was told our room wasn't ready and to come back. When we got back at 3pm, there was a very long line to register, which took over an hour to get to the front desk. Very poorly managed.

Management needs an overhaul

I will say the stay was comfortable and clean but management need to work on how allowing guests check in before 4. We came in at 1, checked to see if our room was ready…”no sorry check in is at 4” We came back at 3:30 and the check in line was LONG!! We were in line for an hour, yes an hour! Finally our turn…. Wellll our room still not ready. I talked to the manager asking what was the delay and our were we going to be comped, she had the gall to ask how have we been inconvenienced? Really it’s 4:36 and our room is still not ready… fine she said I’ll credit you the resort fee. The guests next to us (waiting for their room to be ready to) they couldn’t believe how she was talking to us. By the time we walked up to our room the line was twice as long and people upset over this ridiculous wait!!

The stay was good except for toilet leaking near the base and when checking out I had to request my 50% off parking after confirming when checking in. This is the second time staying here that they didn’t want to originally honor the 1/2 off. Then we were stuck at the exit gate for 15 minutes because their room key exit didn’t work. We had a great stay until the last 20 minutes.
