Room wasnt ready when I checked in, front desk had to call somebody to have it inspected.When it was finally ready, door keys weren’t working,had to go back down to have them check/activate it. The rooms didnt look like it was cleaned thoroughly, there were still hairs on the bathroom floor. Compared to Harrah’s,Harvey’s and GN, this hotel is at the bottom of the list

Our room was not very clean; loose hair stuck to the bed and within the shower. Stains all throughout the room located on the walls and carpets. Our bed wasn’t made very thoroughly, and had stains on our bedding.

Housekeeping is nonexistent. Guests must request housekeeping in the morning, and I would have been happy with every other day. but did not receive even once in a 5-day stay! Staff are completely clueless. If you get back to the hotel too late and have your car in the valet, good luck leaving the keys. You need to track down the security or find a front office agent who would help you. Elevators stopped working in mornig rush hour. This place is a mess!

I did not have breakfast. We had dinner and service was great. The room was ok and missing some items, like soap and called front desk but no answer and had to walk down to get soap from staff, she was very nice.
