Dirty and understaffed. Can’t even get a bellmen had to make multiple trips from the hotel to the car for checkout. The elevators were fully packed and you can’t access the stairs without alarm going off so the only way to get on was to go all the way up to go back down. They advertise valet but we were told that there hasn’t been valet since pre Covid. But they then told me this wasn’t true so unclear which staff member knows what they’re talking about. This should not be labeled as a 4 star hotel. Only redeeming factor is that they took off the resort fees after I complained.

WARNING: YOU WILL PAY EXTRA FEES! When booking where it says "All taxes and fees included in total. What you see is what you pay," THIS IS NOT TRUE! Sure, I could take a bus to Lake Tahoe in the winter and walk from the bus station to Bally's, but they know that all their guests will be paying for parking. This is misleading at best -- very disingenuous. And hotels.com needs to make customers aware of this scam. Their rooms are great -- four stars, but they are short on (working) power outlets (often the ones by the bed don't work)

The jacuzzi wasn't working, which was one of the reasons I chose that hotel. It was very disappointing. The drinks machine wasn't working either, and the carpeting throughout the hotel was very dirty, especially in the hallways. I had stayed at this hotel before, but today I was disappointed.

The room service was not great. I called 5 times and waited almost 36 hours for someone to unclog the toilet that was clogged when I arrived. Very frustrating to pay good money for a hotel that lacks basic amenities.
