Overall it was a good stay but a couple of takeaways from the room I was in. The bed was super firm and I woke up sore both days. Additionally the air conditioner in the room is extremely loud and when it would cycle on and off they would wake me up. Facilities look good service was perfect and overall everything was clean and very presentable. I would stay there again provided the beds were more comfortable.

Room was really dirty. Carpet was covered in food crumbs and the air filter really needs to be changed. Super dusty and weird smell throughout the building, like mold. Staff was super friendly though!

We were given a nice room. Hotel needs to provide an additional bar soap for the bathroom. The quality of toilet paper needs to be upgraded. They are using g cheap stuff.

Room was nice and spacious but temp is controlled . staff changed filter but room temp didnt change . Upon registration the girl was unhelpful it was unbelievable she couldn’t answer any questions that we had . Horrible hospitality service . Probably wont return because of that.

The location was good, but the chairs were stained, and the desk was in very bad condition. Also, the lighting was terrible in the bathroom. The price was good so you get what you pay for. Personally, I would have preferred to pay more and have a room in better condition.

This casino hotel is dead and needs to be buried. There virtually was no staff, the shops were all closed. The only coffee available was at their onsite Starbucks which was either closed or unstaffed most of the time. The one cafe that was open had one person handling everything, and good luck getting seated, not because it was full but because no one was there to seat you. Same with paying your bill. And, upon checking out, I saw they tried to charge us double for parking. The only good service came from older gentleman bellhops who were terrific. A completely dreadful experience.
