My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the first night, it was impossible to rest due to constant noise, and the curtains did not block out the light, making it very difficult to sleep properly. We traveled during winter, with snow, and the heater took far too long to start working, which made the stay very uncomfortable, especially at night. There were five of us staying for four nights and five days, and we were provided with only one roll of toilet paper, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, there was no customer service at all: the keys were left in a lockbox, and we never had any contact with anyone to address or resolve the issues. I would not recommend this place. The experience was far below expectations.

Very clean and nicely updated in ways that matter, ie comfortable bed, linens and tub shower for a motel style room. Quick response from staff, could use a bed cover and wall pics, but perfectly comfortable.

The price and location were good. Close to heavenly village and the lake within walking distance, just a basic motel room though. I will not be returning due to the heaters/furnace units being so LOUD, this was ridiculously loud and woke me up multiple times. It sounded like a loud bang against the wall/floor. The office door even had a sign about the noise being not a concern. The noise also startled me when I was fully awake. There are also no AC units to keep in mind during the summer.

The room was clean and updated but, the heating system is SO loud when it kicks on there is no way to sleep through that noise. They need to update the system. Also, the light outside of my room was so bright it lit up my room. There are only blinds on the window, no blackout curtains! They need to put these in the rooms.

We liked the location, the room was insulated, everything was very clean and comfortable. However, the neighbors were so noisy and you felt like you were in their room with them. We also had a broken thermostat and the larger of the two windows would not open. Everything else about the room was great. It felt safe, clean, and I would stay there again, but make sure we had a room with a working thermostat, less neighbors, and windows that opened.

the rooms were nice except they did not have air conditioning which we knew from the description. We only had one incident when the manager on duty scared us by coming into our room at 1:30am when we were in a deep sleep and neither of us were able to get back to sleep until about 7:00am.

The air conditioning did not work. The TV is the size of a IPad and the restroom is a tight squeeze. Besides that the room was clean. It was pretty quiet all night.
