First off, really friendly staff, so kudos and the 3 stars. But charging that much money for a room, then adding another $27 for mandatory parking then another $25 to use the wifi isn't cool. There's no breakfast of any kind. Our kitchen flooded twice because the supply line to the fridge broke (not a huge deal, but not fun either).

The pressing of time shares was off putting. The front desk was rather short when checking in and out or when calling for a missing HDMI cable that we never received. I was not aware I would be forced into valet parking before arriving which was then an increased cost that I was not prepared for. The room was not cleaned during any days during our stay.

Loved this place. Our first time. The 2 bedroom with a shared living room and kitchen was perfect. Had an amazing time in Lake Tahoe. Clean and organized. Wasn’t check in. Valet parking. What more could we want.

This is a nice hotel but the deal breaker for me will be the very inconvenient parking. You will be charged $29 daily fee but the service is so slow (not the fault of attendants) and inconvenient that it might be easier to park off site. It seemed they just parked my car in the shopping center across the street.

Aside from the room is super clean and the staff are nice and kind. The safety and privacy of the place is more important to me. When people are on vacation of course we just wanna have fun and be carefree. And Hilton gave that to me. I'm glad I choose the best hotel in South Lake Tahoe.
