When we arrived we were told that valet parking was required. With resort fees it added $175.00 for three nights. No one told us even though we had called the resort twice before we arrived. When I asked why nobody told us they blamed Expedia.

This is certainly not a 4 start hotel. Property is pretty run down, they don't do housekeeping and the walls are super thin so you hear all your neighbors. On top of that their parking is valet only even though they have a part lot next to the rooms, just so they can get a few extra bucks out of you.

I really liked the service and options offered by the hotel. The highlight was the option to rent DVDs directly from the machine, my daughter loved it.

Terrible service, so disappointed

We’ve stayed at Hilton Vacation Club before and have always loved the spacious rooms and the fun game area for kids. However, this recent stay was a huge disappointment, especially considering the high prices. Service was terrible. I called housekeeping for extra blankets, and after waiting 20 minutes with no response, I had to call again. We also accidentally broke a glass in the room and called housekeeping to clean it up. After another 20-minute wait, I had to call again. When someone finally arrived, they swept up but left glass pieces behind, making me anxious the entire trip that someone would get hurt. To make matters worse, someone from the hotel texted me for feedback. I responded honestly, saying the service was bad and that I wanted to discuss my concerns, but no one ever followed up. This was a frustrating experience, and unfortunately, it has made us reconsider staying here again. Hilton needs to seriously improve its service if they expect guests to return.

Not happy that we are now forced to valet. The restaurant and bar (separate) in the hotel opens at 2pm (so now breakfast). The sauna wasn't working. We were greeted by a horribly stale and damp smell in our room. When housekeeping came to handle it, she sprayed a lysol-esqe twice and walked out. The smell never left. The room decor was different (older) than other floors, I was on the top floor. Will not be returning. The price doesn't match what I received.
