Great location — next to beach and restaurants, close to Stateline for additional activities. Property well maintained and clean. Parking is an issue—no self parking. Valet is $27/day in addition to the resort fee. Valet staff was great though.

The room was smaller than I had expected for the price I paid. I was told I could store my mountain bike in storage room, but was told otherwise once I arrived at the property. So I had to bring my bike up to my room and that was a pain walking through the hotel and getting in the elevator. Overall the hotel was nice and was within walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shopping.

No self park!

Good family stay, clean hotel, quick check in. Location is amazing, 2 min walk to the beach, shops, food options. ONE NEGATIVE THING: No self-parking on site . We had to valet everyday for $29 extra per day plus tip , few times a day which is pretty inconvenient. We had to text valet and wait for our car, not a long wait about 5-10 mins. Especially if you travel with kids it’s harder to valet the car if you need to go somewhere quickly.

room door shared a entry with another. Doors were heavy and slammed shut twice every neighbor entered and left room. Awful room! Bathroom fan very noisy as well. Beds were not comfortable, pillow were strange, no dress mirror. Hated the valet parking. offsite and concerned about security. my wife and told each other it was the worst room we have ever stayed in. 4 night cost around $1000. rip off.

Valle parking only was inconvenient, no self parking. Didn’t expect time share sales pitch at checkin and it seems hotel amenities for time share “members” are better quality than regular checkin guests (self parking, room location, services, etc).

Since it was located next to the lake, it was easily accessible, and it was nice to get around without driving because there were convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The downside was that there was no parking lot, so it was inconvenient to have to use valet parking.

Great service. Mandatory valet was both a pain and helpful. It was convenient not having to park, but had to plan ahead to get the car and always have tip money. Beautiful location, couldn’t be better and we’ll definitely be back!

Super loud air conditioner, no private beach which was surprising being right on the coast of the lake, cheap closet doors that kept coming off the tracks, not a fan of finding out after booking the additional 27$ per day valet parking, super small room in comparison to other Hilton suites. No breaks in cost despite construction going on in the hotel and the courtyard was not available due to construction. No complimentary breakfast like most Hiltons. We will never stay here again. Much better options elsewhere.

We stayed in this property over the Fourth of July weekend and while the room was somewhat dated it had everything we needed for our stay. The unit has a kitchenette which was nice to have even though we didn’t use it. The south Tahoe area is nicer personally than the NV side and would recommend this property. It was not far from the main streets in car and was ideally located if you have a car which we did. The property says it has access to a beach but it is very small and it is next to the marina where they rent boats. I wouldn’t choose the property for the beach but for the location.
