No hot water in the bathtub or shower. No hot air room was freezing and couldn’t take a warm shower. Called the front desk multiple times nobody came to do anything. Told the front desk they said they’ll get someone on it but Never showed up. Bang on your door an hour before check out very rude.

Staff was very informative and helpful. Only 3 stars just because we booked a double queen but got a single king. I know the hotel is at capacity, so we can’t change. We tried to call a few times to request a rollaway bed, but it would just go unanswered. We then went to the front desk, and they were helpful in getting us a rollaway and extra blankets.

The room was in bad shape. The toilet was not attached to the bathroom floor (every time someone sat down, it wobbled), furniture was falling apart (TV media stand doors were coming off), there was black electrical tape separating the bathroom floor from carpet, no screen for the balcony, and overall, the room was old, dingy, and had a strong chemical smell. I complained and tried to get another room, but they could only offer the room the next day (after 4 pm), which made it super inconvenient. The staff seemed to be trying their best, but customer service was poor -- they had limited options for helping customers given the bad shape of several of the rooms -- I overheard many staff with complaints about their room. The front desk was often packed -- lines all the way to the casino floor. No where to sit, except in the casino floor. The one cafe was tiny and had maybe 3 or 4 tables, which were always taken. Definitely needs more lobby space and communal space.

The staff was really nice, clearly overwhelmed though. An unexpected snow-in meant more guests attempting check in than the hotel had capacity for. I booked 3 double-queen rooms, expecting 6 beds total and we were given 1 double queen and two standard queens, which was 5 beds total. We had to request rollaway beds and barely fit in the space.
