Went to go take a shower and the water came out brown. Went to talk to the front desk about this and I was told because there was being renovated that is what caused the watercolor to change. It was still gross and shouldn’t be happening even if there were renovations done

Avoid this hotel, our room did not have ANY heating. we made multiple calls to housekeeping and no technician showed up. I ended up going to concierge and saw there were multiple guests having similar situation with their room being ice cold (57 degrees). The inly thing staff offered was additional blankets. It was so late at night that we couldn’t find a different hotel and had to stay in our ice cold room. No refunds or discounts were offered. Avoid this hotel.

There was an extra fee for parking that I wasn’t aware of. Staff didn’t explain well to get the direction to my room. One of the lamp didn’t have a bulb, I contacted the desk to assist with it, unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolve. Not very satisfied on my stay.

Amenities . Hotel was under construction, pool and gym were closed, and we were rejected from dining at the sports bar because we didn’t want to spend $50/pp to have burgers and fries with our party of 7 (2 adults & 5 children). I get it was a sports bar but we were hotel staying guests. 3 restaurants in total, 1 was an oyster bar which all children could not consume, the other was a steakhouse which we all enjoyed the night before, and for our last evening wanted to try the last restaurant . We ended up eating elsewhere . If you have children, 100% do not recommend
