Condo was roomy and 2 bathrooms very nice. Host easy to work with. Location good and very close to town main street but not a real nice area in lake havasu. Clean but could use some TLC.Wall adhesive in kitchen fell off wall every night, vacuum was very poor, television was buffering all the time.Bedroom night stands and dresser made of cardboard.This condo was overpriced for condition.

Great location downtown, clean and quiet

One block off of downtown, waking distance to restaurants, shops and the farmer's market. Condo was clean, quiet, with plenty of space. Check-in was seamless and Shari was very easy to reach and communicate with. We spent several months and would highly recommend this place!
