I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I informed them in advance that I was arriving on an early flight and even called to confirm that I would arrive around 2 PM. They clearly told me that early check-in was not available and that check-in is at 4 PM.
However, when I arrived at 5 PM, I was still not given a room and was asked to wait until 7:30 PM. Every time I asked, they kept saying the room was ready but waiting for inspection, which was very frustrating.
The management was extremely poor and unprofessional. I also have VIP access and paid extra for my stay, yet I was not offered any compensation for the inconvenience.
Overall, a very bad experience and I would not recommend this hotel.
