Home Truths: - This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - Pool heat is available for an additional fee, but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. - Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. - During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this. - A rod iron pool fence w/gate can be requested through concierge. Request requires at least one week in advance to confirm availability with local vendor. Guests should budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics.
