The private pool is not heated. No pets. The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.



The HOA does not allow street parking, max 4 vehicles in the driveway and garage; violations risk a $200+ fine and towing.



Quiet hours 10pm to 8am.



Early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) available for $75, subject to availability

Early check-in is unavailable during peak festival weekends.
